This is an exciting opportunity to support Philips’ Image Guided Therapy business as a Product Lead by managing the Heart Rhythm Management (HRM) purchasing product portfolio and all aspects of communication with Stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible for:
OMM Clear-to-Build (CtB) coordinator: responsible for the CtB (4-wk) and CtB (12-wk) reports and the CtB material availability handshakes with factory planning to establish FGs CtB view.
Manage the material availability of your purchasing product portfolio through proactive material supply risk identification and mitigation, the proper set up of material Master Data, capacity planning, and purchase order management with internal and external suppliers.
Identify and communicate all HRM products supply risks and issues, drive mitigation actions, and escalate when necessary.
Execute root cause analysis and manage escalations on supply chain issues caused by Design, Quality, and delivery that the buyer cannot mitigate. Consolidate demand in case of global material constraints on a commodity level.
Understand supplier manufacturing processes and constraints and team up with the Commodity team to align supplier capacity to meet mid—and long-term OMM (forecast) requirements.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor/Master of Science degree in a technical or business field and 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
Strong hands-on experience in the SAP MRP system and exceptions management. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Excel application (preferred). Proficient understanding of tactical procurement and its relation to strategic material management and experience driving structured performance improvement via Lean, Daily Management, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders (suppliers) – building solid coalitions.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $77,000 to $132,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
