ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex). We are looking for a Maintenance Painter to join our team.
Roles/Responsibilities:

• The Painter, Maintenance paints and redecorates walls, woodwork and fixtures.
• Work involves the following: knowledge of surface peculiarities and types of paint required for different applications.
• Preparing surface for painting by removing old finish or by placing putty or filler in nail holes and interstices and applying paint with spray gun or brush.
• This person may mix colors, oils, white lead and other paint ingredients to obtain proper color or consistency.
• In general, the work of the maintenance painter requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of recent experience as a General Maintenance Worker
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Must be a US Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport or REAL ID
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be able to lift 30lbs.unassisted
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Clear and effective written and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
