The Role:
- Coordinate and facilitate the learning and teaching of undergraduate nursing, paramedics and allied health students within a designated rural health environment.
- Responsible for providing learning and teaching and social network support.
- Coordinate the overall professional experience placements within health care environments and provide direct and indirect support, to undergraduate nursing, paramedics and allied health students and their supervisors/preceptors.
- Liaise and negotiate with relevant stakeholders across organisations to enable access to quality learning and teaching support for students and supervisors/preceptors.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term part time, day worker position, working up to 8 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1 February 2025 until 31 December 2025.

Salary: $103,466 to $109,165 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023 and Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Interim Agreement 2013
Allowances:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type
- Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of an additional salary allowance of 4%
