Job Description
- Fosters Agile values and practices. May begin to support a scrum team.
- Ensures team adherence to Agile principles. Assists with coaching a Scrum Team on how to execute the Scrum framework.
- Experiments with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
- Works in partnership with more senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on Scrum Team priorities.
- Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value.
