Work with global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Create program plan, manage schedules, and own end-to-end program delivery with a focus on high quality and on time delivery.
- Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large groups of audience.
- Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow up on action items to closure.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Produce program reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
