Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leadership team to align HR strategy to business objectives.
  • Work closely and independently with Heads of Department in the resource planning and talent acquisition for the departments in the Unit.
  • Lead, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and source qualified candidates in line with business needs
  • Drive the organization's employer brand by promoting the company as an employer of choice and effectively communicating our culture, values, and opportunities
  • Anticipate industry trends and utilize market information to ensure best in class candidate sourcing
  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing hiring managers’ and candidates’ expectations, extending offers through to onboarding
  • Partner with Group Talent Management team and the leadership team in developing and building a talent pipeline for the departments.
  • Partner with Group Rewards team and the leadership team in designing competitive compensation package
  • Act as an advisor to business leaders on employee relations matters, including handling grievances and conducting HR inquiries when required.
  • Deliver HR services effectively and efficiently within the Unit, identifying and resolving HR issues if required.
  • Be part of HR-related projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, independent and possesses strong initiative and drive
  • Meticulous and exercises high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Team player, who is mature with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
