Job Responsibilities:

• Induct, load, and unload piece parts.
• Maintain and add prescribed chemistry as required.
• Clean electrical contacts as required.
• Perform chemical dumps.
• Maintain tank levels and temperatures as required.
• Record daily pressure readings for hoods and scrubber mesh pads per EPA directives.
• Setup, use, and ensure proper calibration of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read/interpret blueprints to ensure quality products.
• Perform all maintenance on conveyor system: filter system, pumping system, hydraulic system, and tanks.
• Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory.
• Ensure proper makeup of tank chemistry.
• Adjust recipes to salvage undersized materials.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Must be able to read blueprints

 

Additional information:

• Pay - $19.55/hour (plus $1.00/hour night shift premium)
• Night Shift: M-TH, 8 pm - 6 am
• Work location - Sumter, SC (Sumter Pins Facility)

Summary Pay Range:

$19.55 - $25.35
