Description

The 988 Crisis Services Program Manager leads the operations of the 988 Suicide Prevention Lifeline, ensuring the program delivers high-quality, compassionate crisis support 24/7.  This leadership role is responsible for managing program staff and volunteers, maintaining compliance with national standards, and fostering strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.  In addition to leadership, this position plays a key role in grant management, including tracking deliverables, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and contributing to reporting and renewal processes.  Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and retain a dedicated team in a high-stakes environment.

We are excited to announce that WMMHC and AWARE Inc. are unifying to create a stronger agency that will provide the highest quality of support for the individuals, children, families, and communities we all serve.  As we move through this transition, new employees may begin their employment with WMMHC and later transition to AWARE, or they may be hired directly by AWARE, depending on their start date.  Together, we are committed to hiring outstanding individuals and offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous paid time off, health insurance, a retirement plan with company match, and so much more!
