Internship (Beca): Export / Italy Sales Assistant

Kick-start your career in international business with a hands-on internship in our ITALY & GLOBAL SALES team. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager, get real responsibility from day one, and learn how an international company manages clients, data, and logistics across multiple markets.

We’re looking for a curious, motivated student who wants to learn fast, take on challenges, and grow in a supportive, multicultural team.

Tasks

What you will do

You’ll learn how to manage a commercial portfolio and support clients by:

• Responding to commercial leads and inquiries from global clients.
• Preparing quotations and ensuring weekly follow-up.
• Supporting the export team in managing client accounts.
• Managing orders and export processes, including documentation and compliance.
• Analyzing transportation and helping optimize logistics costs.
• Handling phone calls regarding products and orders
• Monitoring and analyzing client data (reports, dashboards, commercial insights).
• Providing back-office and customer support to the Italian market.
• Identifying new market opportunities and participating in international prospecting.
• Conducting market and competitor research.

Requirements

This internship is for you if you are…

• A student in Business, International Trade, or a related field (internship agreement / convenio de formación possible).
• Fluent in Italian (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Comfortable with Excel and basic data analysis tools.
• Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented.
• Autonomous, motivated, friendly, and positive.
• Able to work in an international environment and enjoy challenges.
