<p><em>Walaris designs and develops AI-driven, software-defined, and hardware-enabled autonomous systems for defense and security applications. Our cutting-edge technology is utilized by customers across the defense, national security, government, marine, and critical infrastructure protection markets worldwide. </em></p><p></p><p>At our office in Nuremberg, we are looking for a <strong>Quality Manager (m/f/d)</strong> starting as soon as possible. </p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Establish, implement, and continuously improve a Quality Management System (QMS) with the goal of achieving certification according to ISO 9001 / AQAP 2210</li><li>Develop, introduce, and document quality policies, processes, and standards across the company, as well as analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits during the certification process</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific requirements (particularly in the defense sector)</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and executive management teams to integrate quality standards across all business areas</li><li>Train and raise awareness among employees on quality-related topics</li><li>Manage documents within the QMS framework</li><li>Support in supplier evaluation and quality assurance activities</li></ul>
