Responsibilities
Peraton has an immediate need for a Manager, Program Technology Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and lead a highly efficient group to rapidly understand mission needs, mission risk, and strategic path forward enabling proactive mission success, and ensure compliance with federal regulations, DHS, and DOD policies. Leads a team of security professionals to protect the USCG data at rest and deliver information securely. Manages the development and implementation of IT security policies and standards across the program, including maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all IT assets and data. Manages a team of professionals who designs the logical and physical security management infrastructure. In support of the Sr. Security Lead, ensures that IT security functions comply with legal and statutory obligations. When required, takes a lead role on new IT initiatives and projects to ensure appropriate levels of security are included with new solutions. Collaborates with the USCG on security requirements and incident response. Leads the team who executes security assessments, and preparation of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documents. Monitors the deployments of security solutions. Manages access and maintains Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) certifications for the team.
Day-to-Day Work Responsibilities may include:
- Managing a team of IT Security professionals in compliance of security operations activities
- Able to effectively manage client stakeholder relationships in support of the Sr. Security Manager
- Ensuring delivery excellence in cyber security operations (Ensuring avoidance of non-performance / non-compliance contractual penalties).
- Manage and reports security incidents when requested
- Leads team to ensure audit preparation, facilitation, and remediation
- Coordinate delivery of Security Metrics and Reporting in support of contractual commitment
- Seek to identify additional Security Services revenue for the account.
- Working cross-functionally with Tower Leads across every technical area on the contract.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
- Must have the ability to influence delivery personnel in the execution of security and compliance requirements
- ITIL V3 certification; must have the ability to obtain an ITILV4 Foundations Certification.
- Must have the ability to access client SIPR environment
- Demonstrate leadership and project management skills
- Able to effectively communicate status using metrics
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, virtual environments
- Self-motivated and tenacious
- Demonstrate sound judgment and integrity
- U.S. Citizenship required; active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified TBM Executive (CTBME)
- Security+ certification
- Understands Federal Information Processing (FIPS), FISMA, FedRAMP, DoD, and Other Cyber Security related federal laws, regulations and directives to develop strategies for supporting the program
- Experience of working with security auditors and their audit process
- Experience of presenting at client meetings
- Ability to adapt to new security policies.
- Experience of translating contractual security requirements to deliverables.
- Excellent and effective communication skills
- Strong analytical skills

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
