Due to Growth, we are adding a Manager, 340B Pharmacy Services to our team!
The Manager, 340B Pharmacy Services is responsible for optimizing successful and compliant participation in the federal 340B program for external partners of Lumicera Health System Solutions and Navitus Clients. This role and the team will work cross-functionally with teams at Lumicera and Lumicera-operated pharmacies to deliver value for partners through designing, implementing, and continually improving workflows and processes in scope of the 340B program. In addition, this role will provide subject matter expertise and guidance for Navitus and Navitus’ Clients with 340B program inquiries and optimization.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in operational tools and software applications including, but not limited to, RxVector/Agile Care, NCRX, Lighthouse, CoverMyMeds, Lumicera Digital Engagement Programs for Patients and Providers, Manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs, Manufacturer Enhanced Services Programs, Phone System(s), CRM, Alvaria, Jira, and Electronic Medical Record navigation, communication, and documentation.
- Proactively communicate opportunities and risks for 340B program qualifications to Lumicera and Navitus partner organization leadership based on current and future changes to the 340B Program landscape.
- Conduct mock audit exercises in conjunction with partner organizations and participate in live HRSA audits as requested by partner organizations. From these experiences, make recommendations to maintain or enhance compliance of Lumicera-operated pharmacies with respect to 340B.
- Effectively utilize analytics tools to track and trend successes and opportunities both internally at Lumicera, as well as externally with partners. Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise is expected in software applications including, but not limited to, electronic health records, 340B third-party administrator platforms, Qlik-Sense, Navigate 3D, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Cisco, Genesys, and Alvaria.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures in scope of 340B compliance and optimization for Lumicera pharmacy operations in relation to partnerships with Covered Entities.
- Perform human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new associates, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of associate concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall associate morale.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance team; direct the attraction and recruitment of associates and retain valued resources; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Act in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and with the highest ethical standards that our organization consistently strives to achieve. Thus, legal and ethical compliance is an essential duty of each associate.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Master’s degree is desired.
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential highly prefer
