We are expanding our team in Europe and around the world as we continue to innovate and revolutionize how we support our customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Our regional offices serve as centralized hubs where employees and customers from across Europe can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.</p> <h2></h2> <h2><strong>What you will do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse software based on customer business requirements, ensuring solution configurations are of high quality, aligned with user stories, and completed in accordance with project timelines.</li> <li>Apply increasingly complex mathematical models to improve customer supply chain performance and achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Update solution documentation and contribute to process improvements for future documentation requirements.</li> <li>Execute the validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback and consult the Solution Architect or Senior Solution Consultants on best approach to resolve roadblocks.</li> <li>Participate in deployment workshops with customers with a focus on guiding and training end users on how the RapidResponse solution was configured in relation to their business requirements and how to achieve immediate value from their investment.</li> <li>Provide continued support to the customer during the testing phase of the project to ensure the customer understands the solution and how it integrates into their supply chain management objectives and practices.</li> <li>Explain product value and common supply chain concepts, industry trends and best practices to project team members and customer team.</li> <li>See to any other reasonable project related task assigned.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field</li> <li>Passion for working in customer facing roles and able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication facilitation and presentation skills.</li> <li>3-5 years of progressive experience in software implementations or deployments in the supply chain planning or supply chain execution space or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, manufacturing.</li> <li>Self-starter who shows initiative in their work and learning and can excel in a fast-paced work environment.</li> <li>Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize a high volume of complex information to determine best course of action.</li> <li>Works well in a team environment and can work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. Previous exposure to managing external stakeholders such as customers and executive sponsors.</li> <li>Ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed environment with multiple team members.</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Experience working with supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions such as RapidResponse, SAP, Oracle or Blue Yonder applications to support supply chain activities.</li> <li>Some facilitation experience in needs requirements and analysis sessions with customers and system end users.</li> <li>Proven experience in applying supply chain best practices and concepts as it relates to forecasting, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling.</li> <li>Some proficiency in SQL, R and/or Java Script.</li> <li>Open to travel 75% on average and 100% occasionally and can work effectively when working remotely from client sites.</li> </ul> <h2></h2> <p><strong>Work With Impact:</strong> Our platform directly helps companies power the world’s supply chains.
