What you'll do
- Work closely together with our forecasting teams to understand assumptions and identify risks and opportunities associated with subscriber, MAU and revenue projections
- Analyze trends and variances in user growth, understand root causes, and communicate to executive leadership
- Work with and manipulate large sets of data, translating complex topics and insights into simple terms and recommendations to a variety of audiences to inform decision making
- Craft and develop custom analyses and models to answer strategic business questions. Very little of what you do will be standard, out-of-the-box analysis
- Define targets for KPIs that drive optimal business outcomes
Who you are
- 3+ years of professional working experience, preferably in management/operational consulting, investment banking, or FP&A / Strategic Planning / Analytics at a technology company

- Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills are table stakes. Competence with SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) is a plus
- Ambition, curiosity and a willingness to tackle loosely defined problems, often without perfect information
- Sharp attention to detail but an eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems, including the ability to communicate and empathize across a wide range of audiences, spanning on-the-ground to senior-level stakeholders
- Very strong project management, planning and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work under tight timelines
Where you'll be
- You will work out of the Stockholm Office (Min. 2 days in office)
- Working hours? We operate within the GMT time zone for collaboration.
