Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a hands-on, results driven Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our Brundidge AL service location. If you have the ability to reduce downtime, manage a team, control the inventory process and preventative maintenance programs, while delivering top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you!

✅ Requirements:


Proven leadership in similar role, preferably in truck and trailer repair industry
Strong technical knowledge of diesel equipment, trailers, and refrigeration systems
Excellent communication and team-building skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid  driver’s license
Obtain a toolbox and required tools
Experience with safety compliance and repair industry best practices





💼 What You’ll Do:


Lead and develop shop teams across multiple shifts
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication
Oversee technician training and performance reviews
Manage shop scheduling, workloads, and project coordination
Maintain safety programs and conduct inspections
Support hands-on shop work during peak times
Track department performance and drive efficiency improvements
Build strong relationships with vendors and customers
Promote a positive, high-performance team culture
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
