Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Construction Management Summer Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in construction management or a related field. As a Summer Intern, you will work closely with our team of professionals and gain hands-on experience in the design and construction of water and wastewater treatment plants. 

Student may receive college credit for internship experience. Subject to eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

· Assist with development of Microsoft Project schedules, including on-going development of integrated resource management for on-going projects. 

· Assist with valve and bolt takeoffs. 

· Conduct site visits and assist with construction supervision to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. 

· Assist with review of project submittals.

· Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions and improve project delivery.

· Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 

Requirements

Key skills and Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical skills. 

• Experience with Microsoft project or equivalent Gantt chart software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. 

• Ability to work hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office). 

Education and Experience

· Currently pursuing a degree in project management, construction management or related field. 

· Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment processes is a plus.
