The Impact You Will Have

The Senior Analyst is responsible for financial analysis, material preparation, and market research to aid in the financing of all types of commercial real estate assets in various markets across the country.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Write, prepare, and assemble Financing and Investment Offering Memorandums to support in the marketing of various debt financings and equity raises for commercial real estate transactions
  • Create and maintain working excel cash flow models that demonstrate various financial ratios and returns
  • Review and prepare rent rolls, historical operating statements, development budgets and other supporting real estate due diligence items
  • Abstract leases and other key property documents
  • Perform market research utilizing various research vehicles and internal resources
  • Coordinate and assist in the closing process with senior team member oversight
  • Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday with the expectations to be in office 5 days per week.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (prefer finance and/or real estate concentration); MS in Real Estate Finance or Development a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, Banking or related field preferred
  • Multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and hospitality underwriting experience a plus
  • Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/HUD multifamily underwriting experience a plus


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent financial modeling skills including thorough knowledge of Excel; knowledge of ARGUS software a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word, and ability to learn Salesforce and other company software as needed
  • Project management skills are a must in order to manage transactions across several stages from initial identification through final loan closing
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately and productively handle multiple tasks during time sensitive situations
  • Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative and desire to continuously learn and advance

This position has an estimated base salary of $75,000 - $90,000 plus discretionary production incentives An employment offer is based on the applicant’s relevant work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data
