As a Customer Agent Sales (m/f/d) in the technical internal sales department of our branch in Hanover (former Expo site), you will actively contribute to environmental protection through our resource-saving energy solutions. You act as an interface to our customers and are responsible for the commercial and technical processing of quotations, orders, invoices, returns and credit notes.

Your impact

• Advising our customers (tradespeople) by phone and in person on system design and product selection
• Supporting our customers with projects
• Participating in and carrying out sales promotions
• Supporting the field sales team

Who you are

As a dedicated team player with a high level of commitment and customer focus, you are particularly suited to this role. You are a strong communicator and are used to working independently. You also have the following qualifications: 

• Technical vocational training (e.g. HVAC system mechanic, heating/ventilation engineer, electrical engineer) and ideally specialist further training (e.g. technician, master craftsman)
• Knowledge of heating and control technology as well as heat pump technology and knowledge of photovoltaics
• Commercial and business management knowledge is an advantage
• User knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Google Workspace an advantage
• Fluency in German
