Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse | Full-Time | Days & Nights | 12-Hour Shifts

• Location: Savannah, GA
• Salary: $28.23 - $42.35 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Case-by-Case Basis
• Shift Differentials: $5/hour for nights, $10/hour for weekends

About the Role

We are seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Med/Surg unit. This full-time position offers competitive pay, shift differentials, and career growth opportunities in a leading acute care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for Med/Surg patients
• Manage patient flow, admissions, testing, and discharges
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and response to treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families about post-hospital care and treatment plans

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree, BSN, or Nursing Diploma required
• Active RN license in Georgia or compact/multi-state RN license
• BLS Certification (AHA required within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg unit
