SUMMARY  

This role is an intermediate accounting transactional position responsible for daily processing of transactions, including analyzing and problem-solving to resolve accounts payable or accounts receivable discrepancies, including but not limited to: supplier & customer invoicing and customer cash and credits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Process enterprise transactions with an intermediate level of complexity, in a timely and quality manner, consistent with company policies, practices and processes.
• Performs intermediate problem-solving and executes resolution for any discrepancies, missing information, missing policy approvals, etc.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with members of management and analysts to resolve any unprocessed, unique transactions or to resolve discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS  

• Associate degree (A.A.S / A.A.) or a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of combined 5 years’ experience in Accounting, Customer Service, and Invoicing, with experience in best practices for an organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must drive to the highest level of ethics in accounting and business management
