- Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs
- Lead open-enrollment communications with insurance carriers
- Assist client HR and benefits personnel with insurance-carrier communications
- Assist client employees with insurance-carrier appeals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, preferred
- Experience group health insurance and other employee benefits required
- Minimum of one year of insurance client service experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listener with a service orientation (actively seek ways to help people)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Effective email communication skills
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and client-relationship or agency-management software
- Spanish proficiency, a plus
