Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health at Home, has an immediate need for a Full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager for the greater Delaware County area (DelCo area and surrounding region).

Active PA RN License required, BSN preferred. Valid PA Driver's License and car insurance also required. Minimum one year med/surg experience. Previous experience in Home Care setting preferred.
