As a Talent Director on our Management Resources team, you'll recruit and advise finance and accounting professionals while partnering with some of Iowa's leading organizations. You'll help experienced consultants navigate career opportunities and ensure clients have access to the specialized talent needed to move important initiatives forward.
This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You'll become a trusted advisor to finance professionals, build deep relationships within the local business community, and play a direct role in helping companies solve complex business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and build relationships with experienced finance and accounting professionals
- Conduct in-depth interviews to understand career goals, strengths, and expertise
- Match consultants to project and interim leadership opportunities
- Provide career guidance, coaching, and ongoing support throughout assignments
- Build and maintain a strong network within the local finance and accounting community
- Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional talent solutions for clients
- Stay informed on market trends, compensation changes, and hiring activity

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Professional experience in accounting, finance, consulting, recruiting, staffing, banking, or professional services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working with senior-level professionals preferred
- CPA, MBA, or other professional credentials are a plus
