Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Implement individualized care plans and adjust interventions as appropriate

  • Document accurately and efficiently in our EMR

  • Collaborate with therapists, aides, and front office for efficient care delivery

  • Build rapport with patients, families, and referral partners

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines

  • Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and continuing education initiatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Active Colorado PTA license in good standing (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic outpatient setting and manage a varied caseload
