About the role
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator – Level III to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Inventory Control Skills: Manage physical inventory effectively to ensure accuracy and meet customer expectations.
- Warehouse Operations Proficiency: Utilize warehousing tools and methodologies to achieve defined metrics for both inbound and outbound operations.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- A two-year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing, and third-party logistics provider management.
Additional Information
Coordinator responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Implementing and managing operational systems, processes, and policies to support organizational goals.
- Coordinating with department heads to align operational strategies across the organization.
- Monitoring and evaluating operational performance and recommending improvements.
- Providing guidance and support to operations personnel.
Qualifications
- Microsoft office (word, excel)
- Outlook (email)
- Experience with Management systems (WMS- Oracle SAP)
- Create EOD reports.
- Great communication skills
- PIV experience (Forklift, Reach, Tugger)
