Administrative Assistant/Test Proctor

In this role, you’ll provide essential office support, serve as the main point of contact for students and staff, and ensure a smooth testing experience for GED and TABE exams.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow precise testing protocols, and the confidence to direct students effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth testing experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum one year full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
