Responsibilities

Northside Hospital Cancer Institute is hosting an RN & LPN recruitment event for the Oncology service line system-wide! We are seeking RNs & LPNs with at least 1 year of experience in the following areas:

- Oncology- Med/Surg- Critical CareHiring leaders from all campuses will be in attendance- Atlanta, Forsyth, Cherokee, Gwinnett, along with our outpatient clinic locations across the metro area . You will have the opportunity to meet with these leaders, learn more about these departments and find out for yourself what sets Northside Hospital apart!This in-person event will be held on Tuesday, February 17th from 4pm-7pm.   El Azteca Perimeter6115 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd STE 100, Sandy Springs, GA 30328

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.

Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:

BSN degree

Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).

Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.

Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
