Job Description

We are looking for an experienced retail manager to join our team in overseeing approximately 5-6 retail locations. This position will report to the general manager supporting 17 retail locations.

Qualified applicants will be willing and able to relocate for growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the team
• Assist in the management of store operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Oversee product merchandising
• Execute business operation goals

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five (5) years merchandising, operations, and personnel experience as a retail manager in either a department store or specialty/gift store with a full understanding of First-Class Customer Service.
• Belief and support of The Paradies Lagardère Mission Statement and Core Values
• Ability to manage results in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 6 AM EDT and 9 PM EDT/7 days.
• Willingness and ability to relocate
