Skills    

• "Knowledge of Machinery Safety guarding, Machine design, Packaging equipment’s
• Experience in performing Risk Assessment of Machines to identify hazards, estimate and evaluate to brought it to acceptable level
• Experience in design of machine guarding 3D model, fabrication drawings and Bill of Material.
• Experience in fabrication and installation supervision of the machine guarding
• Able to assist plant team in process start up and validation of safety guarding integration
• Ability to coordinate between onsite & offshore engineering team, Client team and construction contractors
• Address all the safety hazards in the high-risk category following the IEC/ISO Safety Standard Access to Equipment per the Machine Guarding Assessment"
•     Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG Plants and NEC standards.
•     "Engineers should be able to study the drawings/documents and understand the Mechanical Machine Safety/Guarding design. 
• Should be able to ensure that installation & commissioning at site is as per the design drawings.
• Good Communication Skills, Project Management Skills, Vendor Management,  
• Must work on 3D modelling software independently. Solid Works, AutoCAD, CREO, Autodesk Inventor etc.
• Should have experience on modelling of Sheet Metal and weldments
• Able to present desired information to the customers to facilitate decision making.
• Good oral and written English language skills.  
• Strong technical writing skills.  
• Ability to effectively represent information and respond to questions in a meeting environment.
• Qualification or TUV Certification on Machinery Safety (Highly Preferable) "
• Domain    Mechanical – FMCG 
• Educational Qualification    BE / B Tech - Mechanical
• Years of Experience    7 - 10 Years  in FMCG Industries
• Work Location/ Country    USA
• Visa    US B1/H1/L1 (Preferable)
