You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and implement strategies for talent management, development, motivation, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Some things you'll do
- Strategic Planning and Partnership: Work with your respective leaders within assigned departments to understand business strategies, diagnose current organizational performance, and develop/deliver plans to build necessary organizational capabilities and foster growth.
- Performance Management: Partner with the Director of People Experience and Sr. Director of Total Rewards to lead the annual and bi-annual review process which focuses on performance management, compensation adjustments, and talent development.
- Employee Relations: Partner with managers and employees to address various employee issues or concerns fairly and manage conflicts to promote a positive work environment. Develop and implement effective strategies to proactively manage employee relations issues.
- Organizational Design and Development: Assess organizational structures and work with leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management: Become a champion for change through proven experience leading organizational change and building this capability in others.
- Leadership Coaching: Proactive outreach with leaders to develop key relationships. Strive to establish strong partnerships to understand their needs within the context of business objectives. Provide coaching/guidance during times of complexity with clear communication to managers, senior leaders, and C-suite executives.
- Data Analysis: Review and analyze People metrics and analytics (including data on employee experience and life cycle) to identify trends and make informed decisions and recommendations for improvements.
- Employee Engagement: Work with your respective leaders to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of different employee engagement initiatives for the teams.
- People Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive people programs company-wide that foster employee growth and development.
- People Team Mentorship: Be a key member of the People Experience team helping to develop strong HR capabilities. Provide mentorship and guidance to People team members.

- You are a champion for change. You’ve worked with leaders and employees to bring them along the journey for change and reduce friction along the way to ensure adoption
- You care deeply about employee engagement, team member’s well-being, and DEIBs. You are passionate about developing programs to support this.
- You are creative and understand the importance of tailoring programs, strategies and suggestions are not a one-size-fits-all.
- You’ve got a proven track record in being agile; you adapt and pivot where necessary and have a growth mindset when learning new skills.
What we're looking for
- Proven HR experience in the following areas: organizational design, change management, performance management, DEIBs, culture champion, coaching/development, people programs such as rewards/recognition, and data analysis.
