LEADERSHIP: Optimize and lead a global sourcing & procurement organization to drive savings and complianceOverall responsibility for ~$300M in annual spend.  Drive $5M in procurement cost savings and focus on setting YoY targets (see below):• Implement processes & controls to drive compliance to sourcing & procurement programs (see below) • Negotiate extended payment terms (DPO) to reduce working capital needs • Drive efficiencies across strategic sourcing processes and stakeholder partnerships MARGIN ENHANCEMENT THROUGH OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Drive $5M in margin enhancement through Strategic Sourcing exercise • Procurement: Drive $10M in run rate procurement savings through a strategic sourcing exercise focused on indirect spend (e.g., software, hardware, travel, etc.) • Outsourcing: Continue to drive the company’s efforts towards outsourcing/offshoring certain functions/roles to more cost-effective location PROCUREMENT PROCESSES & CONTROLS: • Design and improve processes and controls that will bring visibility to spend categories and compliance to sourcing agreements • Monitor on an on-going basis adherence to strategic sourcing deals and agreements

Experience:

• SAAS sourcing/procurement experience: (Preferable) Past experience in working for a SAAS/technology company in sourcing/procurement group 
• Focused on Speed: Ability to drive impact quickly and focus on quick wins in terms of savings opportunities in addition to longer term opportunities. 
• Financial Acumen: Sourcing & Procurement metrics that drive EBITDA and possesses financial acumen

• Global Sourcing Experience: Exceptional leadership skills and experience in Sourcing & Procurement in excess of $300M+ spend. 
• Subject Matter Experience: Specific sourcing experience and negotiations in Indirect and Direct Sourcing Categories: Business Applications, IT, Professional Services/ 3rd staff augmentation, Marketing, Real Estate
• Transformation Experience: 
• Sourcing & Procurement Best Practices: Demonstrated knowledge and application of best practices within Sourcing & Procurement techniques, particularly around implementing purchasing processes and compliance processes.
