MAINTENANCE TECH/Office Clerk

* Safety Sensitive Job                                             Full-Time Days- Monday-Friday Plus call

Responsible for repairing and maintaining basic types of building systems and equipment by following established procedures to ensure the mechanical operations of equipment and to provide support services to other work areas.  Also maintain records as require for Joint Commission and work orders, PM, EOC rounds  and Safety meetings. 

Requirements

Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment, HVAC, electrical or plumbing systems, as required through vocational or technical high school courses. Ability to operate or use the following tools/equipment : standard hand tools, meter, electrically powered tools and refrigerant equipment. Preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent
