Who You Are:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team. You will lead a team of global TPMs to achieve business and engineering objectives.
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and execution-oriented Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across our organization. This role will partner directly with the CTO and Head of Change/Transformation to drive strategic alignment, execution, and visibility on high-priority projects. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in both agile and traditional project methodologies, strong technical acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This position is critical in ensuring the engineering team remains well-coordinated and focused on delivering business-critical outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget.
You will be a part of a change team that is leading various cross-functional initiatives of utmost important to the firm. You will manage projects from inception and leading project management resources. You will be working with business and product stakeholders, from inception to execution – working closely with engineers and the stages of the SDLC, and any other functions as needed. You appreciate a well thought out plan, can lead engineering teams and project managers to delivery, care about best-in-class execution, and understand how to track and measure a projects’ impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with senior leaders to define, plan, and execute key technical initiatives across the org.
- Work on projects across the breadth of the business and product offerings.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to application development and infrastructure deployment.
- Lead a global group of TPMs to drive these initiatives – sometimes managing the initiatives on your own and sometimes through them.
- Partner with business leaders and technology leads to prioritize and plan for diverse set of initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of the team and project deliveries with business goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners across multiple time zones to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and organize JIRA boards, managing epics, tasks, and workflows to reflect project priorities and requirements.
- Work especially closely with engineering leads and help facilitate team agile ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, team retrospective, and planning sessions).
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving risks and resource constraints.
- Ensure you and the team provide clear and concise project status updates to stakeholders, translating technical details into business-friendly insights.
