Job Description

PXP is looking to hire a talented Freelance Technical Project Manager.

The Technical PM will focus on providing technical support and user training on our existing Workflow tool and our Digital Asset Management systems. 

Target start date: Jan 8th or Jan 15th 

Initial Duration:  1 Month, with possible Extension 

Location:  Open to fully remote, must be willing to work CST OR EST time zones.

Job Description:

• Support the transition of new organizations (direct clients, agencies and production studios) by envisioning and deploying the most accurate and efficient configuration of our technology stack (Digital Asset Management, Digital workflow, Online brief, Marketing automation,…)
• Collaborate with Production teams in different Business and geographical areas to understand workflows, existing tools in use, support the documentation of production processes, understand major pain points vs value add, identify opportunities to automate or to increase efficiencies further through process & tech 
• Contribute to define the best setting for our toolset, document and provide tech specs to dev team, guarantee delivery on time / budget, run reports, track activity, compliance to process and adoption of the tools, manage UAT with client, train and manage change requests

Day to day activities could include: 

• Creation of training + tech documentation 
• User provisioning 
• New user training 
• User queries / help desk 
• Business process reviews 
• Initial and new tech configuration including form creation + updating 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or related role
• Demonstrated experience with Workflow tools 
• Demonstrated experience with Digital Asset Management Systems 
  • Experience with OpenText or AEM DAM is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with user training and technical documentation 
• Experience working in an advertising agency, production studio or similar is strongly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Compensation Range: $2500.00 - $3400.00 weekly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
