HR Manager & Payroll Supervisor

Group of companies, based in Piraeus, is seeking for an experienced HR Manager. The Manager should be also the Supervisor of Payroll staff as head of HR and Payroll Department of the Group.
The position refers directly to the Management of the Group.
Requirements
- BA/BS graduate in Human Resources or related field
- Experience of at least 5 years in same position
- Literacy with payroll software systems, Pylon-Epsilonet if possible and payroll experience will be considered as an asset
- Specialization in Organization, Evaluation, Training & staff Development
- Experienced in recruiting, strategies, performance evaluation, exit interviews, participation in career days, trainings
- Experienced in policies implementation as GDPR and ISO policies
- A skilled individual in communication with employees
- Open to be involved in staffing/recruitment procedures
- Detail oriented individual, able to work under strict deadlines
- Advanced in MS Excel & Μ.S. Office
- Administration in DIGITAL H.R.
- Fluent speaker of English language
