Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the Campaign Management function, establishing the planning frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that drive integrated campaign execution across the organization.
  • Own the integrated Campaign Roadmap and Campaign Prioritization Framework, ensuring marketing investments, planning depth, resource allocation, and launch readiness align with business priorities.
  • Lead portfolio planning across the STARZ slate, providing visibility into campaign timing, organizational capacity, investment levels, dependencies, and portfolio risks.
  • Establish governance models, decision forums, and leadership review mechanisms that improve cross-functional alignment, accountability, and decision-making throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Oversee traffic and workflow coordination across the marketing organization — from creative-to-media handoffs through partner and platform deliveries — ensuring campaign assets move efficiently through routing, review, and approval cycles, and defining the traffic workflows and systems that support consistent, scalable delivery across marketing teams.
  • Partner with Technology, Security, and business partners to ensure marketing systems and workflows support business needs while maintaining appropriate governance, access controls, and operational standards.
