About the role

Save the Children

For over 100 years, Save the Children has been fighting for the rights of children. The right to a healthy start in life. To have access to education. To be in a safe environment, protected from harm. We work in some of the world’s hardest-to-reach places – over 100 countries, including the U.S. No matter what your role is, when you join Save the Children, you’re creating positive, irreversible change for children, and the future we all share.

The Role

As the Managing Director, Supply Chain on the Corporate Partnerships team, you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. Leading a small team, you’ll drive the development of strategic business and philanthropic relationships with existing food and agriculture partner companies (e.g., Cargill, Mars, McCormick, Mondelēz, Olam, Starbucks, etc.) and prospects across various commodities.

You will lead the Supply Chain team to grow existing significant relationships into 8-10 global corporate partnerships within 2025-2027 and a portfolio of $10M+/yr, to deliver core business value while furthering our mission, most notably for these industries to support child wellbeing across the supply chain.

As we build sustainable, scalable, replicable models, these global engagements will be multi-stakeholder in nature. You will also build a pipeline of smaller food and agriculture company partners and prospects that can deliver on specific agency goals including gift-in-kind products and services; skills and expertise; workplace giving; employee engagement; brand awareness; and supporter lead generation.
