Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Lebanon, PA. Job Scope:  

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment in an aluminum sand foundry
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment such as sand mixers, conveyors, and molding machines
• Assisting in the installation, dismantling, and relocation of machinery as needed
• Conducting regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and reporting findings to the Plant Manager
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on repairs
• Supporting production goals by ensuring equipment runs efficiently and minimizing downtime

Requirements:

• Must have basic mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment
• Must be able to perform physical work in a foundry environment
• Must be reliable and able to adhere to scheduled start times
• Must have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail
