Job Description

The Infrastructure Data Analytics function is an innovative program designed to promote data-driven decision-making and address advanced technology challenges for AbbVie employees. As an IT Business Data Analyst, you'll have the unique opportunity to explore, analyze, and visualize complex data from diverse sources to identify issues and trends that drive transformation across our global technical landscape. You'll work closely with system owners and business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, offer fresh perspectives, and generate new business insights. Responsibilities

• Independently design and generate data reports, identify patterns and trends, conduct cost analysis, and address business questions by integrating, visualizing, and analyzing data. 

• ​Discover and investigate root cause issues that highlight key business opportunities 

• ​Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements 

• ​Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of technologies for storing, transferring, integrating, visualizing, and statistically analyzing large and complex data sets. 

• ​Demonstrate proficiency in combining data from multiple sources to achieve desired results 

• ​Effectively organize and present data insights, tailoring the format to match the audience 

• ​Produce reports (scheduled and adhoc) as required, responding with acc
