This individual oversees the planning and execution of multiple projects running simultaneously across various job sites, manages manpower allocation, and works closely with Project Managers to support accurate job bidding and project execution. The Superintendent is also a key driver of Loenbro's safety culture in the field and is responsible for ensuring full compliance with all environmental regulations, including hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal requirements.
