Senior Software AI Engineer

Keepit is looking for a Senior Software AI Engineer to help us build out agents that will help scale our sales teams.

We are growing fast as a company and are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. We are currently expanding across the globe, and as we scale, we are integrating AI-powered automation to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and drive smarter decision-making across our revenue operations. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Software AI Engineer to design and develop AI-driven solutions that transform our sales and operational processes.

As Senior Software AI Engineer, you will play a key role in building AI agents, optimizing data workflows, and creating intelligent automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, especially with our Global VP of Revenue Operations, Jesse Morris to be the tip of the spear in our organization’s AI journey and to ensure our AI capabilities enhance productivity and drive business value.

Key responsibilities as a Senior Software AI Engineer at Keepit:

- AI Agent Development: Building AI-powered agents to support market research, sales outreach, and personalized assistance for sales representatives.

- LLM Implementation: Designing and optimizing prompt libraries to train AI agents for various business applications.

- Data Engineering & Quality: Working alongside our Senior Data Engineer to develop ETL processes as needed to ensure we have data from the right sources and structure

- Integration & API Management: Building APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows using tools like Workato and/or other tools within the AWS marketplace

- Automation & Triggers: Implementing AI-driven workflows that respond to key business triggers, ensuring seamless process automation.

- AI-Driven Quoting Capabilities: Enhancing DealHub functionalities with AI-driven quote management solutions.

As a Senior Software AI Engineer, you will be joining our Global Revenue Operations team in Krakow, Poland, reporting to the Sr. Director of Internal Systems, Alyssa Lefebvre.

1. AI & Automation Expertise: The ideal candidate has experience in AI and automation, including AI-driven agents, prompt engineering, integrating LLMs, and optimizing workflow automation. A strong willingness to learn, combined with relevant experience in data and development, is preferable. Strong problem- solving skills are key for tackling challenges related to AI implementation and efficiency.

2. Data Engineering & ETL Processes: A solid understanding of data engineering principles, including experience with ETL pipelines, data transformation, and multi-system data integration, is preferable. The candidate will work closely with our Senior Data Engineer to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and implement solutions that ensure seamless data flow.

3. API & System Integration: The ideal candidate has experience in building APIs and working with webhooks and automation tools, particularly Workato, and familiarity with its AI capabilities will be considered a strong advantage.

4. System Optimization & Automation: The ideal candidate has experience in building complex products or solutions that are highly centered around data and modeling. Additionally, some experience in optimizing AI model performance, improving data structures, and ensuring scalable AI-driven automation, workflows, and trigger-based processes is preferred.

5. Full-Stack Development: Experience with JavaScript, and a good understanding of Python and SQL, especially useful for developing automation workflows, AI models, and working with data, is preferable.

6. Stakeholder management: The ideal candidate can work with many different types of stakeholders on many different levels and will make sure to leverage good relations of trust to bring projects forward. The ability to communicate complex AI solutions in an understandable way to both techn
