Job Description

On this position, you drive Operational Excellence across Supply Chain and Operations by ensuring compliance towards the creation and maintenance of Master Data that are fundamental to business processes that touch and influence the customer experience.

Your role:

• Maintaining master data in SAP and related tools, including creation and modification of records from various master data domains and assurance of correct data flow towards and from the customer
• Ensuring high level data quality and reliability by monitoring if the information maintained in the systems is correct and up to date
• Creating and sharing mandatory reports to support business operations along with building relationships and assuring effective communication with internal stakeholders
• Sharing best practices on data management and supporting employees from within the Master Data Team, Order Management and other related departments

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• A working experience in the execution of the processes in ERP environment, preferably SAP
• Strong communication skills in the English language (written & verbal)
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an asset
