Your role goes beyond transactional sales—your focus is on creating lasting impact through engagement, growth, and strategic partnerships.

What We Want You to Accomplish:

• Be the local, on-campus presence—the trusted expert who supports administrators, staff, and students in planning graduation and celebrating milestones.
• Create excitement around graduation by leveraging our programs, events, and marketing services to actively engage students and increase participation.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with multi-year growth, account expansion, and professional success.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining consistent reporting and territory activity visibility.
• Ensure every campus has a year-round plan for student engagement, program utilization, and milestone celebrations, not just product sales.

What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:
• Maintain a strong on-campus presence, regularly visiting colleges to engage administrators, faculty, student groups, and campus organizations.
• Serve as the local graduation expert, providing onsite service such as product fittings, demonstrations, senior events, ring days, and commencement support.
• Plan and/or host student-facing programs and events—including grad fairs, ring ceremonies, orientation activities, parents weekend, homecoming, etc.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the value of our products, services, and programs.
• Leverage our marketing tools and engagement programs to boost student participation and awareness.
• Execute account growth strategies, including new account acquisition, deepening penetration in existing accounts, and ensuring long-term retention.
• Manage operational touchpoints for peak seasons, including graduation preparations, student order coordination, and multi-department collaboration.
• Serve as a trusted partner for campuses, providing guidance, solutions, and insights that enhance the student experience.
• Participate in sales and product training, area meetings, and national conventions to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring to the Table: (make sure you include years of experience and skills needed)
• Proven ability to drive account growth, penetration, and retention, including new account acquisition.
• Track record of delivering high-touch, local service, building relationships and trust on campus.
• Experience planning and executing student engagement programs or events that increase participation and excitement.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial—capable of operating independently while building a personal brand on campus.
• Comfort working in a competitive, relationship-driven market, influencing decisions and managing committees.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate multiple programs, events, and accounts.
• Passion for supporting colleges and students, ensuring a meaningful, memorable graduation experience.
