OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for an Internal Auditor.

What will you be doing most days?

• Conduct internal audits of accounting procedures at multiple hotel sites
• Summarize and communicate to management the results of audit findings along with recommendations of improvement
• Follow-up on audit findings and implementation of recommendations to hotel team members
• Be highly involved in training hotel management on standard accounting procedures
• Conduct monthly reviews of the hotels and report findings 

What are the requirements for this position?

• You have three or more years’ experience in accounting or internal auditing, preferably with experience in hotel or similar industry.
• You have strong organizational and communication skills
• You have strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• You have a bachelor’s degree (B.S. /B.A.)

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is largely a sedentary role; however, you must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.

Travel Requirements

This position requires up to 50% travel. Travel may be outside the local area and overnight.
