Data Architect

<p id="isPasted">We're looking for a seasoned Data Architect with deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, and modern cloud data solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders—designing scalable systems, mentoring developers, and shaping the future of our data strategy.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Design and guide relational and non-relational database architecture </li><li>Act as a technical resource to application and DBA teams with multiple database technologies (PostgreSQL, Neo4J, DynamoDB, etc.)</li><li>Act as architect and evangelist for our data lake house and data quality improvement programs</li><li>Collaborate with business and technical teams on data integration, quality, and modeling initiatives</li><li>Define and maintain database development standards and mentor engineering teams in best practices</li><li>Support data engineering, analytics, and data science efforts across core products</li><li>Drive training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in data technologies across departments</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>8+ years’ experience as a database architect, developer, or administrator across platforms; PostgreSQL is a must</li><li>Strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS, RDS, Aurora) and modern data services</li><li>Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Expertise in data modeling, data integration (e.g., Spark), and data warehousing</li><li>Familiarity with data security/audit standards (e.g., SOX) and BI tools</li><li>Bonus: Python, R, or Java knowledge; experience in agile and JEE development environments</li></ul><p> A pioneer in voluntary <a href="https://www.copyright.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/CCC_CreatingSolutionsTogether_Ebook_2020.pdf" target="_blank">collective licensing</a>, CCC is a leading information solutions provider to organizations around the world.
