Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and match colors to meet established standards.

• Measure and weigh tints based on formula sheets.

• Maintain accurate inventory and a clean workspace.

• Cross-train in other departments as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred; color matching experience a plus.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Skills: Strong math, measurement, and reading skills. Must pass color testing.

• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally).
