The luxury hotel Portal Hills Boutique Hotel is surrounded by the bay of Palma de Mallorca and the exclusive marina Puerto Portals.

As Front Office Agent (m/w/d) your tasks include:

• Check-in and check-out
• Control and preparation of arrivals and departures
• welcome, say goodbye and look after our guests
• Advising guests about the location, facilities and the entire range of services
• Acceptance and processing of reservations
• Operating the telephone system
• Complaint management
• Invoicing and cash accounting
• Control of credit card statements
• the first and last impression during the morning and late shifts at the front office

Your profile with which you inspire us

• Completed hotel management training and/or a degree in hotel or tourism management
• Work experience in the front office
• very good knowledge of German, Spanish and English
• warm, authentic and outgoing personality
• Flexibility and stress resistance so that you don't lose the fun at work even during busy times
• strong guest and service orientation

Ideally already experience as Front Office Agent (m/w/d).
