Overview
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will partner with a team to create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and meet sales targets. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall growth strategies and organizational goals.
Starting base pay for this role is between $93,312 - $116,640. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to attract new customers, focusing on the prospect journey and delivering value at each touchpoint.
- Supervises the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns, ensuring they follow organizational guidelines.
- Develops and executes on content strategy and creation including webinar and email campaigns end-to-end
- Analyzes campaign performance, distills key insights, and presents optimization recommendations to stakeholders providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborates with marketing counterparts (e.g., Events, Product Marketing) and other functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product) to align and execute on go-to-market strategies.
- Engages and manages vendor relationships and budgets for sponsored webinars and content syndication, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality output.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, creating compelling narratives for different audiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaigns, demand generation or relevant marketing experience, including 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience developing campaign and content strategy and managing cross-functional marketing projects from vision through execution
- Have extensive experience analyzing campaign performance, distilling key insights and presenting recommendations in a way that mobilizes diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Experience in Marketo or similar marketing automation software, Salesforce, Asana, or Demandbase is a plus
