  • Answer inbound calls
  • Schedule patients
  • Connect patients with the desired point of contact
  • Provide information to needed points of contact
  • Insurance verification


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Communicates professionally and respectfully
  • Proficient in English as a speaking and written language
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Be accustomed to high call volume
  • Have a "smile, over the phone" presence
  • Be motivated to learn!

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Proficient in English.

Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have computer knowledge of basic programs such as Microsoft Word and Google programs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
