We have plans to continue growing our teams in Spain, the UK, and the US this year so if you would like to join us on this rocket ship, keep reading!</p><p><br/></p><p>Clarity AI is looking for a Senior Security Engineer for its Security Operations team in Europe (including the UK) to support the technical and security governance processes.</p><p>We are looking for a solution-oriented professional that can provide the best experience and technical solutions for the security control management of our rapidly growing environment and technology stack while implementing security processes in line with industry frameworks and standards such as ISO27001, ISO22301, NIST CSF, SOC2. </p><p>We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a team, share experiences, learn from the process, coach, and mentor others, manage non-technical stakeholders while helping the Clarity AI team handle each new challenge.</p><p>We are a cloud-native and remote-first company so we expect you to contribute to modern ways of managing security operations, including but not limited to, zero-trust architectures, security automation &amp; AI, governance and control monitoring.</p><p>If you’re an experienced security engineer and you enjoy solving complex problems and working in a fast paced environment, we’re looking for you!</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Need to have:</p><ul> <li>Experience with AWS, supporting security products and auditing these.</li> <li>Experience in responding to incidents, managing exposures &amp; vulnerability tooling.</li> <li>Experience in managing security configurations, security technical risk &amp; vulnerabilities across AWS, Web Apps and APIs.</li> <li>Experience in security control monitoring and evidence gathering.</li> <li>Experience in risk assessments.</li> <li>Knowledge of OWASP, MITRE and CVSS.</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO27001 and/or NIST 800/NIST CSF.</li> <li>Fluent English required and Spanish is a plus.</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>Also, it will be great if you have:</p><ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity and at least 5-8 years of experience in the field.</li> <li>Qualifications such as CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Security.</li> <li>Experience with assisting internal and/or external audits.</li> <li>Experience of completing 3rd party risk management reviews.</li> <li>Experience with responding to RFx questionnaires.</li> <li>Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies and modern approaches to software development (TDD, Trunk-Based-Development, DevOps, pair programming, CI/CD, etc.).</li> <li>Understanding of containerization and virtualization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Experience with automation tools, no-code tools and/or scripting languages for automation.</li> <li>Experience in security testing.</li> <li>Experience working remotely.</li> <li>Experience in a tech startup environment.</li> <li>Experience in a growing security team.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Clarity AI believes diversity, inclusion, and belonging are essential for creating an innovative and successful workplace.
